magic impact.ai — Business. Process. Technology. Results.

How we work

Understand the business first. Redesign the process second. Build the technology third.

Technology follows the business problem — not the other way around.

  1. 01

    Initial Discovery / Workshop

A short management meeting confirms the business problem, suitability, organisation size, current systems and who should attend. A workshop is arranged if required.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Where appropriate, a rapid prototype validates the workflow, user experience, integration approach, assumptions and employee acceptance before substantial development money is committed.

  3. 03

    Phase approval

You approve one phase at a time. This keeps expenditure controlled and creates a clear business case for each investment.

  4. 04

    Further Rapid Development

Short iterations with frequent demonstrations. A typical cycle is Build → Demonstrate → Test → Refine → Release.

  5. 05

    Acceptance and deployment

Permissions, integrations, backups, security controls, documentation, staff training and rollback planning are completed before release.

  6. 06

    Managed service and continuous improvement

The application is hosted, monitored, maintained and supported, with regular reviews of usage, performance and the next opportunity.

The right tool

AI is a capability, not the product.

Sometimes the answer isn't AI. A database, workflow, integration or conventional application may solve the problem more reliably and economically.

People remain accountable.

For important decisions, we design human approval into the process. AI assists. Your people retain responsibility, and automation increases only as trust and performance are established.

The Magic Impact Business Workshop

The workshop is normally the first paid engagement. Its purpose is to understand the business and identify the opportunities worth solving before development begins.

2-hour discovery

Suitable for one defined process or operational issue.

Half-day workshop

Suitable for one business function or several related workflows.

Full-day workshop

Suitable for broader operational review across multiple processes or departments.
